Cultural Program - Llandudno

Llandudno, Wales

The 6th grade Primary students from Institució Tarragona take part in a linguistic and cultural immersion program in Llandudno, a charming coastal town in North Wales. Staying at Trinity House, students have the opportunity to experience daily life in a local school and improve their English in an authentic and motivating environment.

Integration into the Welsh education system: Students actively take part in classes at a local school, gaining first-hand experience of a new way of learning and living together.

English learning in a real context: The program includes intensive language practice through academic, extracurricular, and cultural activities with Welsh classmates.

Cultural discovery and varied activities: In addition to visits to iconic sites such as Conwy Castle or the Great Orme, students enjoy sports, workshops, and excursions that enrich their experience.

Experience in Ireland

My experience was very good. Joining in their plans helped me a lot in my day-to-day life, to enjoy my stay there, and to build a relationship that I still keep: we even visited them several months later!

Experience in Ireland

At first I was nervous, but soon I felt happy and welcomed. I played a lot of football and trained Gaelic. It was one of the best decisions of my life.
